clean, fast, line-based, printsxy()-using termfusion.pm-version of the script

changes to use termfusion.pm's new buffer-mode
modified to use the termfusion.pm's new function printsxy()

defunct-revision:
tries to prevent unnecessary whitespaces at the line beginns
to realize this it would be necessary to have an array with all offsets of the previous screen
but since there is the new function printsxy new that complicated offset-handling is not worth the effort.
so just get the next revision...
